Locker Decorating
Volunteers are still needed to help with locker
decorations. This is something the girls
look forward to each time. There are 3
games that no one has signed up for: Sept. 27, Oct. 25, and Nov.8. Your help is greatly appreciated! Sign up sheet on the blog http://csstrutters.blogspot.com/
Fund-Raising
* Calendars are available for individual sales. Touch
base with Tracy if a quantity is needed.
Please check your email, Tracy has sent out an email with all the
details.
* Pre-game meal planning is moving along. Kelli and
Tracy will be making a presentation to the Cougar Club on Monday, Sept. 9th, to
solicit their support of this event. They will provide an update at the
meeting on Tuesday and plans will be set in motion to prepare for this
fundraising event. We will need "all hands on deck" for this
event tentatively scheduled for Friday, October 11th (pending all
appropriate school and Cougar Club approvals).
* Thanks to everyone who helped with pre-game program sales
at the very first game of the season (Friday, August 30th). An increased
quantity of programs were ordered this year and all were sold! There is
another game coming up later in the season where Strutters will sell -- please
go to the blog and sign-up for that opportunity.
Please remind your dancer that daily updates and reminders
will be posted on the Strutters website https://sites.google.com/a/csisd.org/cshs-dance-team/
. Please check it nightly.
