*Your dancer will go home after camp, clean up, eat dinner, make her lunch for the next day and then head over to the slumber house.  We will determine best times and Mrs. Cashion will have a sign up sheet at the party on Saturday to help out with food at each house.  It will be easy…snacks, fruit, juice, muffins, etc.  The host can either make a breakfast casserole, pancakes, eggs – the substantial part of the breakfast

                Wednesday, June 26^th:  Picture and Spoons Night

                                (no longer having lock in – will try and reschedule for after football

season)

Picture time TBD and will be announced at camp – girls will go

home, get ready for picture (make up and hair per Ms. Anna) and

after picture we will go to Spoons as a team.

                Thursday, June 27^th: Last day of Camp and Boosters to provide lunch for

the girls!!!

4:00  Show Off Camp Week – girls will perform what they have

learned all week….bring those video cameras!

Booster Club Meeting

Next Booster Club meeting Tuesday, June 11th, 2013 at 6:30 pm in CSHS Main Office Conference Room.  Tentatively, depending on the need, there may be a meeting July 9th.  August meeting is the 13th.

As a reminder, Mrs. McBride sent out and email for donation for camp supplies for the social officers. The items are:

Booster Club Update

Strutter Booster Club:

What an amazing first year! To say it has been an incredible, exhilarating, fun and memorable year is probably an understatement. Thanks to all of you for helping lay the foundation for an organization that is so important to the success of all of our girls this year.

We are almost to the end of the year--but there is ONE MORE meeting (and those are such a blast):
 
LAST BOOSTER CLUB MEETING
Our last meeting is scheduled for May 14th at 6:30pm in the conference room at CSHS. This will be out last time together as the first ever Strutter Booster Club -- so, everyone please be there!

OFFICERS
Just a reminder that we will have our last booster meeting for the 2012-2013 year on May 14th. Please organize your notes/reports from this year and be ready to had them off to the new officer. Our notes on what worked and what didn't will be SO helpful in increasing the success we have already accomplished this past year!!
